Body Weight Routine

Having a regular exercise routine is probably the single best thing you can do for your self. You will feel more energized, focused through out your day, and as you lose fat and gain muscle, you’ll look better, always a plus. Unfortunately most of us make excuses about not having access to a gym, and if we do have access the excuses are about not having the hours each day to workout.

Well the fact of the matter is that you dont need to have access to a multi-million dollar gym or hours a day to make a real impact on your body. A simple 15 minute routine with nothing but your bodyweight and a little discipline, can make a lot of difference to your body.

The following routine is based on the principles of a system called HIIT, also known as High Intensity Interval Training. The key to HIIT is alternating between short periods of rest and periods of continuous exercise.

The Basics
You’ll be performing between 5 to 8 intervals of exercise, with each interval lasting anywhere from 2-3 minutes. Each interval will be filled with 2 or 3 continous exercises

Within each interval you’ll be doing nothing but non stop exercise. The key is you’ll be alternating between high intensity and low intensity exercises.
